      Mary Ann Todd is what we call “a natural” in the cooking world. 25 years ago, Mary started her first business. With the love of cooking and no formal training, Mary’s sandwich shoppe treated happy customers for over 6 years. Shortly after, she ventured into another restaurant for 5 years. 

      However, this wasn’t enough for Mary. She wanted to learn more and fine-tune her self-taught skills. She became a student at the prestigious C.I.A. in Hyde Park, NY. After graduating, Mary put all of her efforts into the catering side of the business. And today Mary continues to amaze us with her fabulous cooking and her wonderful staff.
